How to Book
The purchase journey depends on the mode published for each excursion.
1. Choose your excursion
Explore our excursion catalog and find the one you like. You can filter by category, date, and number of people.
2. Select date and passengers
Choose a date and party; the system checks published availability for that selection.
3. Make the payment
If the excursion supports web purchase, enabled payment methods appear before confirmation.
4. Receive your confirmation
We will send you an email with all the details of your reservation: meeting point, schedule, and recommendations.
Before confirming
Each product states whether it supports self-service purchase or requires WhatsApp assistance. An enquiry, cart or incomplete selection does not confirm availability.
- Selected date and time
- Number and ages of participants
- Requirements, included and excluded items reviewed
- Change and cancellation conditions read
- Confirmation received through the corresponding channel
